Job Details

This position requires full-time employment with 48 working hours per week. Salaries and job benefits will be determined during the job offer for candidates who pass the personal interview. The position is available at Al-Ghad College of Applied Medical Sciences in Abha city, and is on a one-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in implementing the college's vision and mission.
• Implement educational and training programs according to the approved study plans.
• Teach assigned courses according to allocated workloads.
• Supervise exercises and practical lessons.
• Manage all matters related to course examinations, including question setting, grading, and review.
• Convey the latest developments in the field of specialization to students.
• Contribute to the development of college programs and work procedures.
• Participate in department councils, committees, college activities, and scientific research programs.
• Attend department council meetings and contribute to its decisions and recommendations.
• Undertake tasks assigned by the department council within the regulations and systems.
• Maintain order in classrooms and laboratories.
• Contribute to conducting scientific research in the field of specialization.
• Perform required quality assurance tasks and prepare necessary reports for study courses.
• Encourage a spirit of constructive competition, innovation, and creativity among students.
• Participate in various committees at the department and college level.
• Prepare periodic reports required by the college or scientific departments.
• Maintain the reputation and property of the college, and ensure order and student safety.
• Full-time commitment to work at the college.
• Adherence to the systems, laws, and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Obtain a PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• At least two years of academic experience in the field of specialization.
• The applicant must hold the specified academic degree for the specialization from Saudi universities or universities recommended by the Ministry of Education (with proof of certificate equivalence attached).
• There must be a specialization extension for lecturer and faculty member positions.
• Obtain a GPA of "Good" or above in the Bachelor's degree.
• Study for all university qualifications must be on a full-time basis.
