Overview:
Taher Company is looking for an outstanding maintenance supervisor to join its team. You will play a vital role in preparing and implementing work plans and improving team performance to ensure effective maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a work plan and program.
  • Follow up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance.
  • Distribute tasks among the team.
  • Design training needs for the maintenance team.
  • Prepare a preventive maintenance program.
  • Evaluate the performance and achievements of the maintenance team.
  • Estimate the quantity and cost of the necessary materials.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
  • Practical experience of at least two years.

Benefits:
  • Full-time, six working days a week.
  • Monthly salary ranging from 6000 Saudi Riyals.

Required Skills:
  • Machine maintenance, maintenance planning system, and supervision.
  • Report preparation and forecasting.
