We at Ain Al-Mashariq Company for General Contracting are looking for an outstanding Marketing Specialist to join our team.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will implement marketing strategies to support sales growth and increase brand awareness. Your responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and managing marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Developing marketing content and analyzing market and customer behavior.
  • Monitoring performance indicators and preparing periodic reports to provide improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinating with sales and customer service teams to ensure marketing messages are unified.

Key tasks include:
  • Setting objectives and developing marketing policies and plans.
  • Analyzing the product lifecycle and identifying reasons for the success or failure of product marketing.
  • Establishing a timeline for implementing marketing policies and tracking their results.
  • Preparing documents and reports related to marketing.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) certification.
  • Practical experience of at least one year.
  • Proficiency in English.

  • Strong leadership and team-development skills.
  • Solid knowledge of quality standards, SOPs, CAPA, and auditing practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
