Job Purpose
The Industrial Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing mechanical systems - including conveyors, pumps, and milling machinery — to ensure high equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support continuous plant operations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems within milling equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, ensuring timely corrective action to minimize downtime.
  • Document all maintenance activities, spare part usage, and equipment performance in ERP systems.
  • Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and production lines.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to plan and execute scheduled maintenance efficiently.
  • Train and guide junior technicians in mechanical maintenance procedures and safety practices.
  • Assist in spare parts inventory control and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager in alignment with business needs.
  • Uphold the company’s code of conduct, ethics, and compliance with Saudi labor and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, preferably in milling or feed operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems specific to flour or feed plants is an advantage.
  • Experience using ERP systems (preferably SAP) is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of accruals and provisions.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting systems.
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA is a plus.
