About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Health and Safety Manager in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Abha. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to oversee health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with all regulations while promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety policies tailored to the organization's needs.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to maintain the highest standards.
  • Provide comprehensive safety training to employees to raise awareness and compliance.
  • Investigate workplace accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with occupational health professionals on managing workplace health issues.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant Health & Safety and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) skills.
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Analytical skills to assess safety risks efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety, or a related field.
  • Experience in the contracting or construction industry's health and safety aspects is preferred.
