Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer (E2) to join our team in Qassim, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the cost control process for multiple construction projects.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis to senior management.
• Coordinate with project managers and department heads to track and control project costs.
• Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports for compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records and procedures to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Train and mentor cost control staff to ensure they understand cost control processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost reduction initiatives and drive efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cost control and financial analysis.
• Provide guidance to the finance team on cost control matters.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting or Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in related fields on national/international initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in project cost management.
• Ability to present budgeting plans to senior management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

The Role
As the Residential Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the occupancy and revenue performance of a designated residential portfolio. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you will act as the primary revenue generator, bridging the gap between operational property management and commercial leasing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing Strategy & Occupancy: Achieve and exceed leasing targets, manage inquiries, and retain tenants.
• Marketing & Brand Promotion: Ensure high-quality property listings and collaborate on lead-generation campaigns.
• Contract Negotiation & Administration: Negotiate lease terms and oversee documentation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage Ejar System and ensure compliance with REGA standards.
• Tenant Engagement: Foster relationships with tenants and implement feedback loops.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years in Residential Leasing or Property Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Property software and Ejar.
