The main tasks: • Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and agendas • Preparing and coordinating reports and administrative correspondence • Following up on administrative transactions and documenting files • Coordinating with different departments to facilitate workflow • Managing phone calls, email, and social media communication • Assisting in organizing events and meetings • Storing and archiving documents and files in an organized manner
