• Organize mail and daily appointments.
• Complete administrative tasks related to workflow.
• Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct supervisor.
• Deal with governmental platforms such as Qiwa, Muddad, and the E'itmad platform.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial.

Required Skills:

• Customer service, advanced administrative skills, email management software, office machines, scheduling visits, and the ability to take responsibility.

Job Overview:
Full supervision of all warehouse operations related to food products, ensuring their safe and hygienic receiving, storage, and dispatch. The role aims to maintain product quality and safety, and to achieve high operational efficiency in line with the company’s policies, procedures, and approved food safety standards.
