We are looking for a human resources specialist to join the team

Conditions:
  • Saudi nationality
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Thorough knowledge of Saudi labor laws and human resources regulations
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and dealing with government platforms and websites
  • High communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure

Tasks:
  • Managing recruitment processes from job posting to hiring
  • Following up on employee affairs and employment files
  • Implementing human resources policies and procedures
  • Preparing and updating employee databases
  • Preparing periodic reports related to human resources
  • Monitoring attendance, departure, and vacations
  • Contributing to improving the work environment and increasing employee satisfaction
