Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Governance & Alignment:
  - Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for functional teams.
  - Standardize communication to keep the COO informed on critical bottlenecks and performance trends.
• Marketplace Fulfillment Oversight:
  - Monitor live dashboards ensuring high request fulfillment rates.
  - Identify supply gaps and coordinate with the Onboarding team.
• Team Leadership & Shift Management:
  - Lead and mentor operations and support staff, maintaining high quality around the clock.
  - Manage shift rotations to meet peak demand.
• Performance Reporting & Analysis:
  - Aggregate operational data into concise weekly reports.
  - Handle high-level issues through the Escalation Matrix.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• 5-8 years of experience in Logistics or Marketplace Operations in a leadership role within a startup.
• Advanced skills in analyzing operational data for decision-making.
