Join Bechtel as an Assistant Resident Engineer!
Bechtel has been a pioneer in the construction industry since 1898, overseeing some of the largest projects worldwide. We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer for our monumental Jubail project, a testament to innovative engineering and project management in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide contractor activities ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate between service providers, contractors, and the Royal Commission.
  • Oversee field construction operations, monitor work activities, and ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Review daily reports, contractor forecasts, and expenditure forecasts.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and implement project policies within assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines and client representatives as directed by the Resident Engineer.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of relevant construction experience.
  • Proven ability to conduct daily safety and quality inspections on contractor work.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract documents and contractor responsibilities.
  • Experience with high voltage systems, substations, and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with project management procedures and operations.
