Worley is a global professional services company specializing in energy, chemicals, and resources. We are dedicated to delivering sustainable energy solutions and are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in Ras Al Khair, Eastern Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor contractor Electrical Construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to Project Execution and HSE Management Plans.
  • Execute construction project plans with detailed planning and daily field direction.
  • Prepare resource forecasts and manage project costs and expectations.
  • Establish and implement construction schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage risks associated with project execution.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with all safety regulations.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor/Superintendent on major projects, especially in greenfield power generation.
  • Strong technical and practical skills with knowledge of construction management systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and related software.
