Cost Engineer - Immediate Hiring - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a skilled Cost Engineer to join our team at Sundus. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in managing project costs and budgets. You will be responsible for developing, issuing, and maintaining Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for specific scopes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with other Project Controls disciplines and functions to assist in the development of project budgets.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and time-capture functions to ensure accurate capture of project costs.
  • Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare cost performance reports and maintain communication about project cost forecasts.
  • Manage project change orders and their cost implications.
  • Participate in risk analysis sessions and continuous improvement reviews.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant cost experience.
  • Proficient in cost software and project execution procedures for cost management.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow techniques.
  • Familiarity with WBS & CBS structures and project reporting capabilities.
