Join KBR as an Electrical Supervisor!
We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Electrical Supervisor to support our maintenance project at Satorp, located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of electrical assets to maintain operations of Process Units.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of a maintenance technician team.
  • Focus on compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and provide effective breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with area supervisors to execute monthly and weekly maintenance plans and submit progress reports regularly.
  • Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on all types of electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, and motors.
  • Ensure maintenance activities align with standards, specifications, safety procedures, and manufacturer’s recommendations.

Experience Required:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in maintenance within the Oil & Gas or Refinery industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance management for Oil & Gas/Refinery facilities.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a high school diploma with extensive relevant experience.

  • Arabic language skills (preferred, not mandatory)
