We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the implementation of electrical systems on our projects, primarily in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and proven experience in supervising electrical construction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing procedures for electrical systems, ensuring reliability and performance through rigorous evaluation.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for projects, providing clients with clear insights into the economic viability of proposed designs.
  • Design and analyze electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Oversee the installation of electrical systems, providing guidance and support to contractors to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues in existing systems, applying analytical skills to identify problems and devise effective repair strategies.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications and reports, to communicate project requirements and outcomes effectively.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that electrical projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years overseas experience as electrical construction supervisor in medium/large scale oil & gas, petrochemical industry.
  • Working experience in electrical field engineering, construction, load calculations, testing, and commissioning related activities.
  • GCC experience preferred, especially with Saudi Aramco projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
