About the Role

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a Logistics Officer Manufacturing to join a client based in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on coordinating logistics operations for a global supplier of high-quality tissue grades. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, with salary dependent on experience and qualifications.

Role Overview

The Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing the timely movement of raw materials and finished goods. This involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and transportation arrangements to support the client's manufacturing operations and superior quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and transportation arrangements to ensure the timely movement of raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and transport documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements.
• Monitor shipment status, coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, and customs clearance agents, and resolve delivery delays or documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipment and delivery records in SAP, prepare logistics reports using Microsoft Office, and coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in preparing and verifying shipping documentation.
• Experience with SAP for record keeping and Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including freight forwarders and customs agents.
