Your Role: Guardian Industries is seeking a Maintenance Shift Supervisor in Al-Jubail. As a key leader, you'll drive maintenance excellence across our facility, ensuring safety, efficiency, and equipment reliability. This high-impact role directly contributes to production continuity and plant performance while nurturing a skilled maintenance team.

Our Team: You will be part of a dedicated Maintenance and Engineering team focused on operational reliability and safety, collaborating closely with production, planning, and EHS for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure production uptime.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, including emergency repairs.
  • Allocate tasks based on team expertise, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and documentation.
  • Provide technical support and ensure quality execution of maintenance tasks.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with experience in maintenance operations and team leadership within industrial environments. Familiarity with EHS protocols is preferred. Strong communication skills in English are required.

Preferred Experience: Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), root cause analysis (RCA) practices, and engineering principles will be advantageous.
