Role Overview

The Advisor, Strategy will be responsible for driving the company's strategic planning process and ensuring its effective implementation. This role involves analyzing business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading cross-functional alignment to achieve long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide transformation efforts to achieve strategic goals.
• Monitor strategy execution, identifying and addressing challenges, obstacles, and opportunities.
• Assess the company's business model and propose adjustments to support strategic transformation.
• Facilitate strategy workshops to develop the strategic plan and ensure organizational alignment.
• Review company capabilities, market opportunities, and competitor landscapes to define strategic positioning and its enablers.
• Engage with executive and middle management to cascade strategy implementation and define strategic objectives, targets, and KPIs.
• Analyze company performance, operational challenges, and evolving business environments to update the strategy roadmap.

Qualifications and Experience

About the Field Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Field Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance. This role is designed to offer backfill support or function as a freelancer, stepping in when full-time engineers are unavailable or for specific dispatch activities. The position is based in Al Jubail.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software according to organizational standards.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for IT assets.
• Handle hardware and software troubleshooting, including break-fix support.
• Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and escalations.
• Manage and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and documentation.
• Perform system imaging for laptops and desktops.
• Support printer setup, troubleshooting, and network printer installations.
• Assist in conference room setup, AV support, and meeting room technologies.
• Provide high-touch support for VIPs and end-users.
• Support Office 365-related issues and general user account troubleshooting.
• Install and troubleshoot compliance and security software.
• Provide support for Mac devices in addition to Windows systems.
• Ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Document incidents and resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Support after-hours activities, events, and recurring meetings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with hardware support and peripheral devices.
• Basic networking knowledge, including DHCP, DNS, and LAN connectivity.
• Experience in printer and network printer setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Office 365 support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in inventory management and vendor coordination.
