KHIAR CONTRACTING COMPANY is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to assist in various project-related tasks. This role is pivotal to ensuring our projects run smoothly, adhering to timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain essential project records and reports.
  • Coordination & Follow-ups: Liaise between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Scheduling & Planning: Assist in project timelines, milestones, and task allocations.
  • Communication: Exhibiting excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in reports, documentation, and project tracking.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify issues and assist in finding practical solutions.
  • Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with different departments to achieve project goals.
  • Adaptability: Handle changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:
  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation or project-related work. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
