Full-time Required HR Manager to work in a prestigious company, with at least 5 years of experience in human resources and employee management. Responsibilities include: Managing recruitment and training processes, developing policies and internal regulations, following up on employee affairs such as appointments, promotions, and vacations, preparing periodic reports and analyzing performance indicators. Proficiency in using human resources programs and electronic systems and government websites is required, as well as a high ability to lead and communicate effectively, and a complete understanding of Saudi labor laws and the Social Insurance system.
