We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to contribute to our mission of delivering quality, health, safety, and environmental protection services. As part of our team in Jubail, you will play a crucial role in managing project documentation, schedules, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect reports and documentation.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Create project plans including milestones and resource estimates.
  • Document each project phase and summarize reports for management.
  • Provide support to team members facing project-related issues.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on invoice submissions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
