About the Sales Supervisor Role

Almarai Company is seeking a Sales Supervisor to optimize the sales and distribution of Almarai Bakery products within the Eastern Province, specifically in Al Jubail. This full-time position requires a candidate with 2-5 years of relevant experience to lead a team of salesmen and ensure adherence to company operational policies and high sales standards.

Role Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the company's growth targets by effectively managing sales and distribution operations in a designated area. This involves leading a team of salesmen to achieve sales and distribution goals while maintaining the highest standards of sales and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting daily performance reviews and effective session endorsements with Salesmen and Assistant Salesmen.
• Performing morning duties to ensure timely departure of sales vans and providing immediate support for any issues encountered by Salesmen.
• Setting and regularly reviewing sales targets for Salesmen to ensure achievement of sales and growth objectives.
• Initiating new sales routes and reviewing existing coverage to optimize resource allocation.
• Conducting route rides and field assessments for all Salesmen within the assigned area.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment.
• Proven experience in Key Account handling.

Required Competencies

• Knowledge of sales operations within the FMCG environment.
• Strong numeric and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work collaboratively within a team.
• Effective negotiating skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
