About the Role

NICE ONE is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to join its expanding sales team. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, involves overseeing sales activities within an assigned geographic area and driving territory performance.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and developing sales representatives, ensuring exceptional service for customers, and maintaining operational standards and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage sales strategies for the assigned area to achieve revenue and growth targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives. Set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching to improve skills and productivity.
  • Support the sales team in building relationships with key accounts, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Participate in key customer meetings as needed to secure business.
  • Monitor sales performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and implement corrective actions to address shortfalls and capitalize on high-potential opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, credit terms, and inventory management procedures. Oversee accurate completion of sales documentation and records.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Contribute to territory forecasting and annual planning. Recommend resource allocation and promotional activities to maximize market penetration.
  • Promote high standards of customer service, handle escalations professionally, and work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and marketing to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Capacity to maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh.
