We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Project Management Services team in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal for managing the project controls team and providing essential project support for Khafji Joint Operations (KJO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project cost estimation and forecasting for engineering, procurement, and construction in major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Evaluate and consult on cost estimation issues.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• At least 12 years of experience, with a minimum of 8 years in project cost estimation for Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Experience in project controls at a similar level.
• Proficient in MS Office and Primavera P6.

Role Overview:
The Senior Cost / Budget Controller will be accountable for providing support to the Project Management team executing contracts on behalf of Khafji Joint Operations (KJO). Your involvement will be crucial in overseeing early-stage deliverables (FEL1 and FEL2) focusing on procurement and contracting strategies for project development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the contracts team deployed on various projects.
• Provide execution support to the Project Management team.
• Review procurement and contracting strategies from KJO's front-end development department.

Knowledge / Experience Requirements:
Alternative (I): 10 years
Alternative (II): 14 years
A minimum of 6 years experience in project cost engineering specific to major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.

Educational Qualifications:
Alternative I: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Administration/Business or related field.
Alternative II: Diploma or equivalent with a certificate from a recognized agency in project cost expertise.
