We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Projects Coordinator to support our Project Director in delivering the program of projects on behalf of Khafji Joint Operations (KJO) in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for ensuring the commercial success of the Project Management Services (PMS) contract while maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate various projects to ensure a healthy project portfolio aligned with the overall portfolio plan.
• Manage Project Delivery Leads and Senior Project Engineers to provide project management services for both onshore and offshore projects.

Qualifications:

• At least 15 years of project management and engineering experience in FEED and EPC projects.
• A minimum of 8 years in managing and coordinating administration for onshore and offshore activities, including technical, contracts, logistics and support.
• Experience in PMC roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco procedures is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.

We are seeking a qualified professional to work in our PMS project located in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential in managing the project controls team to ensure efficient execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project control support provided to the Project Management team for Khafji Joint Operations (KJO).
• Review early-stage deliverables concerning cost, schedule, and risk, particularly for FEL1 and FEL2 phases.
• Engage in cost estimation and forecasting for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.

Qualifications:

• Ten (10) years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Administration/Business or equivalent.
• Fourteen (14) years of experience with a diploma or equivalent and certification in project cost estimating.
• A minimum of six (6) years specifically in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement, and construction.
