Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Director in delivering projects on behalf of Khafji Joint Operations (KJO).
• Ensure client satisfaction while managing the commercial success of the Project Management Services (PMS) contract.
• Coordinate various projects to maintain a healthy and successful portfolio.
• Manage Project Delivery Leads and Senior Project Engineers overseeing both onshore and offshore activities.

Knowledge/Experience Required:

• Minimum 15 years of project management and engineering experience, specifically in FEED and EPC phases.
• At least 8 years of recent experience managing onshore/offshore project activities including technical, contracts, logistics, and support.
• PMC experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Qualifications:

• An Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline.

We are seeking an experienced professional to work in our PMS project located in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. This role is vital for the management of the project controls team across various projects, providing support to the Project Management team representing Khafji Joint Operations (KJO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the project controls team to deliver project estimations.
• Review early-stage deliverables, focusing on cost, schedule, and risk.
• Evaluate and consult on project cost estimation and forecasting issues.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project cost estimation for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Capable of assessing project cost estimation and consulting on related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Administration, Business or a closely related field (Alternatively: Diploma with a certificate in project cost estimating from a recognized agency).

Experience:
