As a leading energy services company with over 70 years of experience, Penspen provides engineering and project management services globally. We are currently seeking a Senior Projects Coordinator (Offshore) to support our PMS project in Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview:
The Senior Projects Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project Director in delivering a successful program of projects on behalf of the client, Khafji Joint Operations (KJO). This role requires coordination across various projects to maintain overall portfolio health and ensure alignment with the project management services contract to achieve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Project Delivery Leads and Senior Project Engineers for effective project execution.
  • Coordinate administration of onshore and offshore project activities, including technical, contracts, and logistics support.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with the overall portfolio plan.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 15 years of project management and project engineering experience in FEED and EPC.
  • At least 8 years of recent experience managing onshore/offshore projects.
  • PMP or similar certification and knowledge of Saudi Aramco procedures are preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • An Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Basic understanding of construction processes.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
