Join SGS as a Project Coordinator and be part of the world’s leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company.
In this role, you will manage several crucial functions that ensure our operations remain efficient and effective. You will be responsible for:
  • Procurement: Manage the Odoo ERP system, request new product creation, and raise Purchase Requests (PRs).
  • Human Resource: Assist with onboarding processes and maintain records of team activities.
  • IKTVA (Saudization): Collect relevant documents and present Saudization levels for Aramco auditing.
  • Vacation Record: Maintain records for all units in the FMP.
  • Flight Booking: Organize travel arrangements for employees.
  • Employee Support: Address transportation allowance issues and support team members.
  • Finance: Oversee invoices and review expense claims.
  • IT: Create email IDs for new employees and resolve payment issues.

To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, ideally with experience in a coordination or administrative capacity. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities in English and Arabic, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the tourism, hospitality, or events industry.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector and Vision 2030 initiatives.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with CRM systems, OTA platforms, and proposal preparation is preferred.
