We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our construction projects. If you are organized and have a strong understanding of project workflows, this role may be for you.

Role Purpose:
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in:
  • Planning and coordinating construction projects, including schedules and documentation.
  • Site coordination, reporting, and follow-ups to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating civil, architectural, MEP, and contractor works.
  • Track site progress, documentation, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Support cost tracking, variations, and change requests.
  • Assist with compliance, handover, and close-out activities.
  • Prepare progress updates and basic reports.

Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 0–2 years of experience in construction or project coordination.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
