We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to help us drive innovation and efficiency within our projects. At ITB, we pride ourselves on being one of the leading companies in consulting and information technology in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
  • Support solution design, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop optimized solutions.
  • Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to support new initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
