Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
- Support solution design, validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop optimized solutions.
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to support new initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Requirements:- Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
