Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Aftermarket Spare Parts Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is a critical link between our customer and our internal operations, ensuring seamless execution from sales strategy to order fulfillment.

This role is a critical link between our customer and our internal operations, ensuring seamless execution from sales strategy to order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic sales and account growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed ambitious revenue and growth targets for the assigned channel. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Operational collaboration: Collaborate with inter-company account operations to align sales forecasts with stock planning and inventory management.
- Technical expertise and customer support: Provide technical support and product expertise to assist customers in troubleshooting issues and recommending optimal spare parts.
- Market and customer analysis: Gather and interpret customer feedback and market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
- Continuous improvement: Identify and implement solutions to increase sales efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrable experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience in HVAC, automotive, or industrial machinery sectors.
