In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining filling and packaging systems and equipment, ensuring operational reliability and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety & Work Environment: Maintain a safe workspace, adhere to safety standards, and ensure compliance with operational policies.
  • Maintenance Operations: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on filling and packaging equipment.
  • Performance & Planning: Monitor performance indicators and define action plans aligned with site priorities.
  • Budget & Spare Parts Management: Assist in maintenance budget planning and ensure availability of necessary spare parts.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience with dairy and juice filling and packing machines.
  • Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical aspects of filling machines.
  • Strong knowledge of the dairy industry is mandatory.

Proficiency in HRIS, fluency in Arabic and English, and knowledge of local labor laws are essential. Previous experience in the retail or healthcare industry is preferred.
