We are looking for a "Salesperson" to work in one of its branches.

The main responsibility is to assist customers in selecting glasses and eye care products, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a unique customer experience inside the store.

Main tasks:

  • Welcoming customers and assisting them in choosing the right products.

  • Achieving the specified branch sales targets.

  • Arranging and organizing products inside the store and maintaining the overall appearance.

Required qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.

  • Working days 6 days a week, 8 working hours including a one-hour break

  • Flexibility to work with changing shift patterns (one shift but may change according to need)

  • Available shifts (Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Evening shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM)

  • Enthusiasm and desire for professional development and growth

  • Familiarity with industries using Odoo (manufacturing, retail, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent sales pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in writing online content
  • Knowledge of Google Adwords
  • Strong analytical skills
