Job Opportunity:
Al-Rajhi Dates Company for Agricultural and Animal Production (Rabco) is looking for an outstanding Sales Representative to join its team. The selected graduate will promote and sell products to existing and new customers, focusing on building long-term relationships and increasing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieving sales targets according to the company's plans.
  • Managing the relationship with customers and resolving any issues or inquiries to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Promoting the company's products and clarifying their advantages to customers.
  • Presenting product offers and specifications in a professional manner to attract customers.
  • Preparing price quotes and following up on orders until the sale and delivery process is completed.
  • Monitoring inventory and orders with customers to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Following up on order deliveries and ensuring they are received as agreed.
  • Visiting current and potential customers periodically to strengthen relationships and open new opportunities.
  • Preparing regular reports on sales activities and results and submitting them to management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Experience:
  • One year of experience in the same field.
  • Experience in direct customer interaction and relationship management.
  • Experience in building and managing customer relationships and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Required Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Computer skills and sales applications (CRM – Excel).

Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of customer base development methods and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of the geography of the target area and potential customers.
  • Knowledge of the characteristics of the products being sold.

Abilities:
  • The ability to present offers in a convincing and attractive manner.
  • The ability to travel and conduct ongoing field visits.
  • The ability to build strong professional relationships with customers.
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions.
