As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the LRC, which supports both Staff and Cadet Officers of the Academic Wing. Your role is pivotal in facilitating access to resources and services in the library.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the LRC to meet training requirements.
  • Coordinate activities and ensure resource availability to make information searches simpler.
  • Guide library users and orient them with the services and data sources.
  • Supervise library-related events such as book fairs and reading fairs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Essential Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in information sciences or a related field.
  • Proficient command of English.
  • Minimum of five years relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Desirable:
  • Knowledge of RSAF policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of items classification.
