Job Role: We are looking for an experienced cleaning and housekeeping supervisor to join our team at Abdul Rahman Othman Mohammed Al-Othman and Partners. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the housekeeping activities in commercial facilities, ensuring that the facilities are kept tidy and clean.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the service schedule.
• Planning and preparing the schedules for staff work.
• Supervising staff while performing their duties, such as dusting, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and changing linens.
• Encouraging the implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitoring the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other supplies, and maintaining it.
• Following health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
