The Opportunity

Saudi Skills is seeking a dedicated Graphic Design Trainer to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time, on-site role where the successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering impactful learning experiences and fostering the development of design skills among learners. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a network of educational professionals within an accredited training environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and lab-based training sessions focusing on graphic design tools, techniques, and industry best practices to learners at various proficiency levels.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and develop effective training materials.
• Teach and demonstrate fundamental design concepts and software applications.
• Guide learners through practical design projects, providing hands-on support and instruction.
• Provide ongoing, constructive feedback on learner assignments and portfolios.
• Participate in the development and updating of curricula to ensure alignment with current design trends and job market needs.
• Support learner assessments, grading, and accurate reporting of progress.
• Collaborate with other trainers and administrative staff to maintain a high-quality learning environment and ensure adherence to accreditation and institutional standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or design training.
• Demonstrated expertise in graphic design tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to effectively teach and mentor learners of varying skill levels.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. The role involves working within a collaborative educational setting, contributing to a dynamic learning community, and interacting with a broad network of educational professionals.
