Strategy Sports Club is a welcoming sports and fitness community in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, dedicated to helping individuals of all ages stay active, develop their skills, and achieve their personal goals. We provide a supportive and professional environment through organized training programs, classes, and events led by experienced coaches.

Strategy Sports Club is looking for a customer-focused and organized individual to join our team and support daily club operations, customer service, and scheduling.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries  and follow up on messages.
• Communicate with customers in both Arabic and English, verbally and in writing.
• Coordinate training schedules and class timings with coaches.
• Manage bookings and registrations for classes and events.
• Follow up with customers to confirm bookings and ensure requests are completed.
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to customers.
• Welcome visitors and members and assist with basic reception duties.
• Handle daily administrative tasks and follow up on pending requests.

Requirements

• Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using WhatsApp.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work well within a team.
• Previous customer service or reception experience is preferred but not required.

Job Location:

Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Working Hours:

Evening shift, approximately 3:30 PM to 9:30–10:30 PM. The final schedule will be determined based on operational needs.
