Summary:
Providing assistance to the events/catering manager in managing designated functions as an independent sensitivity aimed at achieving profitability, in line with the department's operating concept and international Hyatt standards, while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while working within budget and contributing to the financial success of events/catering operations.

Qualifications:
Candidate should preferably have a relevant degree, vocational training, or diploma in hospitality or event management. A minimum of two years of practical experience as an assistant catering manager or lead/captain of the catering team in a hotel or event venue that meets high service standards.
