We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for our Food & Beverage department who will assist in managing various functions in conjunction with the Events/Banquets Manager. This pivotal role is designed to operate as an independent profit center, anchored in our commitment to exceeding guest expectations while adhering to the operating concept and standards of Hyatt International.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of events and banquets to ensure financial success.
  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction while operating within the budget.
  • Oversee the dining experience and service quality, maintaining high standards as per Hyatt regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or Event Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Banquet Manager or Banquet Team Leader/Captain, preferably in a hotel or high-standard event venue.
