About the Role

Project Management Scope

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from inception through completion. This includes ensuring all project phases align with established company policies, procedures, systems, and client requirements. A key focus of this role is maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in adherence to company policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
• Maintain consistent day-to-day contact and communication with clients, prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders, ensuring effective team performance.
• Potentially serve as the proposal manager for medium-sized projects.
• Manage and monitor budgetary accountabilities specific to the role.

Qualifications and Experience

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering is typically required to acquire the necessary skills for this position.
• A minimum of 10 years of related experience is essential, with an average experience level of 15-20 years preferred.
