About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Engineering to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position is critical for leading significant engineering projects, ensuring both financial and technical success.

Role Overview and Project Scope

The Sr. Project Manager operates with general autonomy, holding bottom-line responsibility for the financial and technical success of assigned projects. This role encompasses all phases of project planning and execution for very large projects, typically those with less than $500 million total installed cost. The individual will be independently accountable for a major profit/loss center within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control domestic and international projects in accordance with established company policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
• Maintain day-to-day contact and communication with clients, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction.
• Alternatively, manage and oversee contract performance on two or more smaller projects.
• Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders.
• May also serve as the proposal manager for major domestic and international project proposals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of related experience, with an average experience of 20+ years, including several years of experience at the Project Manager level.
• Industry Knowledge: Possess knowledge of the respective industry.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.
