Biomedical Engineer Saudi Nationals

About the Role

Imdad is seeking a Biomedical Engineer to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position suitable for Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical services and support to Imdad's clients, ensuring the proper installation, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance procedures in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Imdad's Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Develop and maintain professional business relationships with customers.
• Ensure proper reporting for field calls using various forms (FSR, PPM Checklist, Salesforce, and Supplier reporting), providing clear and concise messages and solutions.
• Consult with and follow the instructions of superiors regarding technical tasks.
• Develop personal technical skills through commitment and by seeking assistance from superiors.
• Maintain a safe working environment both in the office and at customer sites.
• Convey and report service contract opportunities to the department head.
• Promote Imdad's service contracts in adherence to the established sales plan.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university.
• A minimum score of 80% in Imdad's Technical exam is required.
• Experience level: 0-1 years.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, and involves performing technical calls and services at Imdad's client sites, as well as maintaining a safe working environment within the office.
