About the Role

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking a Part-Time Call Center Agent to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals who are customer-focused and eager to contribute to an efficient customer service operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diverse customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. This involves receiving and processing communications from various platforms, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with sales consultants to facilitate customer engagement and conversion. The role operates on a hybrid model, combining office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer inquiries across all communication channels, including telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
• Log all customer inquiries and prospects accurately into the ICABS system.
• Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each branch.
• Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp regarding new prospects.
• Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm customer visits, surveys, quotes, or conversion into a sale.
• Escalate any delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager (BM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM).
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure excellent customer service standards are met at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Experience level of 0-1 years is required; university students, fresh graduates, or candidates seeking a flexible part-time opportunity are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated customer focus and communication skills.

Work Schedule and Environment

This is a part-time position requiring 4 hours of work per day, 6 days per week, structured as split shifts. The role operates on a hybrid model, combining both office-based and remote work arrangements, offering flexibility while maintaining operational efficiency.
