The Role: Crewing Officer

Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services is seeking a Crewing Officer to join their team. This is a contract, on-site position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The Crewing Officer plays a key role in managing vessel crew arrangements and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, contributing to the efficient operation of the company's fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vessel crew arrangements, encompassing scheduling, recruitment, and adherence to maritime regulations.
• Coordinate all crewing activities efficiently.
• Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders regarding crew matters.
• Ensure that all crew certifications and documents are current and valid.
• Oversee operations management aspects related to crew welfare, transportation logistics, and onboarding processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience within the offshore or marine industry is considered an advantage for this role.
