Join Our Team as a Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst!
At GCC Olayan, we are seeking a talented Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst to lead comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and control activities. In this dynamic role, you will support strategic decision-making, drive business performance, and safeguard company assets through accurate financial reporting.

Role Purpose
Your main objective will be to facilitate informed financial decision-making, enable effective budgeting, revenue and credit management, and deliver insightful operational and investment analysis to promote sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning, Budget & Forecasting: Develop long-term financial plans and budgets aligned with our business strategy. Monitor financial performance and provide variance insights to management.
  • Advising Business Growth & Support: Identify opportunities to improve margin, cost, and efficiency while providing timely financial analysis to senior management.
  • Revenue, Credit & Receivable Management: Oversee revenue integrity and manage working capital risks, ensuring efficient billing processes and accurate revenue recognition.
  • Month End & Year End Closing: Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and reporting cycles while maintaining financial data integrity.
  • Compliance and Control Management: Maintain effective internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies and standards.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, CIMA, or ACCA are a plus.
• 8 to 9 years of relevant experience.
