We need a collection officer

It is preferred that she has previous experience in the field of collection and customer account management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up on collecting financial dues from clients.
• Continuous communication with clients to remind them of dues.
• Record collection operations and update data periodically.
• Prepare collection reports and submit them to management.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using computers and Office programs.
• Previous experience in the collection field (preferred).
• High communication skills and ability to persuade.
• Seriousness, commitment, and good organization.

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Supervise staff and maintain high service quality.
• Budget management to ensure profitable operations.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience.

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or complaints.
• Assist in staff training, focusing on serving techniques, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests from customers.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.

• Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in hospitality or relevant field is a plus.
