🎯 Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Contractor accounting: Proof and direct project accounting constraints, follow up customer and subcontractor extracts, and monitor material costs and direct wages for each project.
• Tax and Zakat Compliance: Preparing and auditing tax returns (VAT) and submitting them on regular dates via the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) platform.
• Financial reporting: periodic tax reporting, accounting matching, and cost deviations analysis between estimated budgets and actual project expenditures.
• Financial closure: Active participation in monthly and annual financial closures and processing of files for external auditor.

📋 Required Conditions and Qualifications:
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Work experience: At least 5 years experience in the field of contracting accounting within the Kingdom.
• Legislative knowledge: Full knowledge of the regulations of the Zakat and Tax Authority and the regulations and financial reports relevant to the construction sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in working on accounting software and cloud systems (ERP Systems) such as (UDO, SIP, etc.) with advanced skill in using Excel software.
• Residence: Ability to work and be in Al Khobar City (transferable residency is required for non-Saudis).
