About the Role

Al-Qadsiah Saudi Club, a prominent sports organization, is seeking a dedicated Health Officer / Nurse to join its team in Al Khobar. This role is essential for maintaining a safe and healthy environment across all club facilities, supporting the club's commitment to excellence. The Health Officer / Nurse will provide primary healthcare, emergency response, and occupational health services, contributing to the well-being of players, staff, contractors, and visitors, and aligning with the club's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees, players, and visitors.
• Respond to medical emergencies during training sessions, matches, and events.
• Assess injuries and illnesses, determining the need for further medical referral or emergency services.
• Maintain and inspect first aid kits, medical supplies, and emergency equipment.
• Conduct basic health assessments and monitor employee health conditions.
• Assist in implementing occupational health programs and preventive healthcare initiatives.
• Support return-to-work assessments following illness or injury.
• Monitor workplace health risks and report findings to the HSE Manager.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
• Coordinate with emergency services during incidents.
• Maintain medical emergency response procedures in line with HSE policies.
• Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with confidentiality and data protection standards.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and club policies.
• Prepare health-related reports for HSE management.
• Conduct basic first aid and health awareness sessions for staff.
• Promote hygiene, infection control, and wellness initiatives within the club.
• Support HSE campaigns related to occupational health and wellbeing.
• Monitor hygiene standards in facilities, locker rooms, kitchens, and public areas.
• Support the implementation of infection prevention and control measures.
• Advise management on public health best practices during events and large gatherings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid professional nursing license as per local regulatory authority requirements.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of clinical or occupational health experience.
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED is mandatory.
• Experience in sports facilities, industrial sites, or large organizations is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards is preferred.
